Darrin Miller "" I split a beef with a friend because I didn't want the "additives" you get with commercial beef. I was expecting to give up some in the taste department because these beef are grass fed. I was pleasantly surprised when we did our first batch of burgers and even more so with the New York strips. Now, I can't wait to grill up the fillets. Save me another 1/2, this one'll be gone in 6 months. Thanks, Michael. Great job.
