culinary lavender

I was rather disappointed in this product, as it contained so much "debris" that it would take more time than it is worth to pick through and sift out the stems, leaves and other bits. Since it is not clean I would not use it for flavoring honey or sugar. The shipping was very timely and the lavender was fresh and fragrant, so I will use it for sachets, but I really would not consider it "culinary" quality.
