It will be a sad day when I have to go to the grocery store for my produce. The season is nearing it's end and what a great season it has been! Bauder Farms is the third CSA I've belonged to and by far the best. Every week I say "What a bumper crop" but i think alot has to do with with Tom and Debbie's farming practices as well as the care and love and hard work they put into this farm. The vegetables they grow are very diverse which gives me the inspiration to try new recipes and it's not the same old boring meal. I hope to see some heirloom varities next year. Even though the season hasn't ended yet, or let up,
I'm looking forward to next year. I miss the tomatoes already.
