Heritage turkey for Thanksgiving

We roasted a Bourbon Red Heritage Turkey from Frianeza Farmstead for Thanksgiving. It was excellent!
This was our first experience with heritage turkey and it was very flavorful and moist. There was no comparison to any previous turkey we have had.
We have also had broiler chicken and eggs from Frianeza, also excellent. For the chicken, it was the superior flavor and moistness that impressed us. The eggs had great flavor and intense color in the yolks. Also, the eggs had greater viscosity; they did not spread across the pan when opened, like other eggs.
We give them our highest recommendation.
