Best turkery I've ever tasted.

I can't wait for next year.
I've worked as a chef and attended cooking school. This was the best turkey I've ever tasted. It had much more flavor and was more moist than any I've ever served. The dark meat was incredibly dark and the texture reminded me of duck breast.
I highly recommend buying from Frianeza. Let me know when you have chickens and eggs available. I can't wait until I can get another turkey or two from Frianeza.
The gizzards were magnificent. Anna generously gave me three. They were so large I only used one for a meal. Fortunatey my wife thinks she doesn't like gizzards so I have two more in the freezer to enjoy later.
I was fortunate enough to see the turkeys alive and watch the wave of turkeys as they ran toward us. as we approached their roomy, healthy pen. The conditions for these turkeys are so healthy and humane that commercial turkey growers who sell to supermarkets should be embarassed and outlawed. What a great experience. Next year I hope to video the turkey stampede toward visitors.
One of the reasons I buy local food is because of the quality of the food. Another reason is because I get a chance to meet special people who care about the food they grow and treat their animals ethically and humanely. Thank you Frianeza. Keep up the good work.
