Failed to deliver 4 out of 5 weeks of my winter share, refused to give me a refund. Horrible communication. No customer service. Thieves, absolute theives.

We at Red Oak Farm were just as disappointed that we were unable to meet your expectations. We take a great deal of pride in the fact that our members are given the opportunity to communicate their preferences each week and that we provide multiple pick-up options.
