For the past three years, I have purchased two organic turkeys from Red Rope Farm. One for Thanksgiving Day and one for our family's leftover party on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. ANnd there is never any leftover for sandwiches! I do make soup with the bones.
I highly recommend their turkeys and wished I lived closer to them, so I could more organic truly free range poultry and eggs on a regular basis..
