The green walnuts arrived very promptly, with an Ice-Pak to keep them cool in transit.. They were very clean and ready to go into the brine. THANKS!

Yes! Pickled walnuts. I love 'em but never tried to make 'em. They're in the brine in an antique French jar. I'll let you know how they turn out. Any fault will be on my end--the walnuts you sent were perfect.
