Idyllic destination

On any day, the Mill's food is delicious, ultra-fresh, and immaculate. I enjoy the creative touches and combinations, too -- nothing same-o about these meals. But on market day the Hilo Coffee Mill really blooms. Along with their own fine food and superb coffee, vendors bring additional specialties and gourmet "prizes" against a backdrop of big sky, sweeping rainforest vistas, varied and always excellent music, and convivial people who share a love of our land and its harvest. The owners knock themselves out to support and nurture their producers and this brings big benefits to us customers, too. And on top of that, you can always get good recipes, how-to grow advice, and some interesting history.
