Sol y Sombra hosted a dinner with Terroir a restuarant based in Longmont. One of the most outstanding meals we have had this summer! There were lots of interesting ingredients like the Jimmy Nardello peppers from the farm that added a unique flavors to the dishes. Sass winery from Oregon was delicious.The farm is in a beautiful setting with amazing views of Longs peak. We had a great time and an even greater dinner.
