Stoney Meadow Farm

Very dissapointed. So far, half of the season.

We signed up for the program to complement harvest from our very small vegetable garden 8 ft x 3 ft. However, the produce we get from this farm is very limited in quantity and substance for the price we paid for every delivery - about $15. So far, already half of the season, not a single ripe tomato or good quantity of cucumbers or other vegetables that can be eaten raw were given to us. Our last three delivery bags are filled mostly with ... corn. In contrast, we already harvest ripe tomatoes and cucumbers from our own garden.

It appears that the owners grossly overestimated their expected harvest and signed up more members and, accordingly, collected more money than they should. We will not sign agreement with this farm enterprise next year.
