Wine Class

Thanks Sharon for an informative wine class this past Sunday and for all the tastings of your wines and the delicious meal. It was nice to see you and all your gardens producing beautiful fruit. You are such inspirational to us all! I started my Kumbucha. :) Do I stir it occasionally during the two weeks? I also started a blackberry wine.... I am so excited. Thanks again

No Sarah, Let it sit in a dark, undisturbed place. I put a paper bag around the jar to exclude light . only use wooden utensils never metal . Do not stir the Kombucha. You can google it for more info. Glad you enjoyed the class I love to add fresh apple, grape, pear and berry juices from the garden to the finished product. :)Sharon
