Wonderful WIldwood Wednesdays

. I looked forward to CSA Wednesdays because it was like getting a different treasure chest of fresh produce each time. Having an information sheet with storage and preparation guidelines really helped me utilize more of the items. I found out that everything does taste better when it is grown without harmful chemicals and freshly picked.
Would I have some favorites? What would I do with the ones I had never seen before? Would they be good in a salad or a stir fry? How can I eat all this before the next one? How will it fit in my refrigerator? When is the next one coming?
