We have bought 1/4 or 1/2 beef from Jim Burrus every year for seven years. We live in St. Louis, and although there are closer grass-finished beef farmers we will always drive 100 miles east to get our beef from Jim. The meat is wonderful of course, lean and tender and very flavorful.
