Our great fortune!

Just a few years ago, I was discussing a "car pool " type of arrangement with several local foodies. The plan was to drive up to the Hill Country to get grass fed beef on a rotating basis. Before we burnt gas and time, along comes Eaglecatcher Farm! No need to say we are pumped. Nancy and Garner are knowledgeable about the product and the means of production, and happy to pass the info on. I look forward to many more years of great beef from them!
