Outstanding beef and raw milk!

I ordered this beef last fall and was amazed at the difference from "supermarket beef". Flavor and texture were beyond compare. THE BEST. Beef was cut to my specifications and packaged well for the freezer. Order the 'oxtail' it makes a fantastic soup. A few weeks after receiving my order, Kris phoned to see if I was satisfied--Wow! customer service in this day and age! And I ask a ton of questions which are always answered with patience and detail. The raw milk is awesome! The cream seperates beautifully. I made the silkiest, creamiest, tastiest butter and smoothest cream cheese--and it was so simple! And I had buttermilk and whey as a bonus. I have the pork on order and am looking forward to picking it up in a week or two.
