Gorgeous Yarn!
By: Carol Herman    (Jan 16, 2012)

I live too far away, on the West Coast, to be able to enjoy the fresh eggs, meat and produce from Weston Hill Farm. However, I discovered their lovely yarns at the New York State Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck in 2011.

The longwool blends are gorgeous, with a lovely sheen. I also was fortunate enough to purchase some of Eileen's handspun. The natural yarns as well as the dyed yarns are beautiful. Later I called Eileen to order more yarn, and she was delightful!

I would happily recommend Weston Hill Farms to any knitter, crocheter or spinner.

Excellent Quality Products
By: Elizabeth LaCamera    (Sep 26, 2010)

All of the products we have received from Weston Hill Farm have been of excellent quality. We enjoy beginning our day with their delicious fresh eggs. We also enjoy the lamb, which is very lean and flavorful. The honey is a nice addition to tea on a crisp fall afternoon. It also tastes great all on its own. We can't say enough about their wonderful products!

Consistent Quality In All Products
By: David Hart    (Apr 11, 2010)

We have been extremely pleased with the quality of all of the products from Weston Hill Farm. The lamb is lean & tender with a delicious delicate flavor. We enjoy the tasty honey in tea, on our oatmeal, and mixed with plain yogurt and a little lemon juice as a sauce for fruit. The eggs are fresh and flavorful. The wool products are wonderful, also. The fleeces & roving are clean, lustrous and a pleasure to spin. Eileen`s hand spun yarns are soft & lovely and the beautiful hand dyed colors are named after the things that inspire her on their farm. The great care that Chris and Eileen take with all their animals and their farm is reflected in the quality of the final products. It is always a pleasurable experience doing business with them.
