As a gourmand who lives in a metropolitan area, I have found the meats from this little farm to be far superior than most my palate has experienced. Their chicken is simply unsurpassed. Their sausage has an excellent balance of spicy and savory. The pork is deliciously rich. Also, I have found their grass fed beef incomparable to the the cuts i find in the city. There is definitely something to be said about the lack of hormones and antibiotics and the quality of the results. =)
I have been buying from this farm for about a year. The pork chops are succulent, the ham steak was good. My favorite happens to be the ground beef. After years of buying the organic lean beef in the grocery store, one bite of this took me back to Grandmother's kitchen 30 years ago. There's virtually no fat and it is so flavorful.
