Post a Review Wonderful Beef !! By: Kristne Ihlenfeldt    (Jan 26, 2009) My husband and I have know Phil for several years and have purchased beef from him for the last two years. Each year we have gotten half a beef and have never been disappointed in the flavor and tenderness of the beef. The steaks are outstanding!! I would highly recommend his beef to anyone!
