Solid Value from Earthy People

I've subscribed to a half-dozen CSA's off and on since 1992, including the past few seasons with Hunter's Greens. Jim & Diane do a lot of things for farm preservation here in the county, and are great to talk with. They aren't slick at marketing and they aren't great schmoozers, but they work hard to keep their shares within the reach of working-class people, and to provide good value. Having seen farms come and go, I am glad they are still at it, delivering solid produce to areas that need it badly.Jim & Diane have grown some of the best, most flavorful lettuces I have ever eaten and, as someone who eats as many as I can get my hands on, I look forward to my fourth consecutive season with Hunters Greens.
