The best of family farming
By: Med Hughes    (Feb 1, 2011)

Knowledgeable, hard-working, and caring, as well as innovative, the Summit Springs Farm gang runs a productive organization. They not only grow tasty food, they offer recipes, and throw potlucks at the farm. They aim to satisfy their loyal customers, too---please, more garlic!

Fabulous flavorful food
By: Carney Brewer    (Feb 1, 2011)

These friendly farmers produce vegetables, seedlings, eggs and flowers that burst with color and flavor. I have learned so much about the flavors of food and the fun of cooking from John and Sonia and their apprentices.

The food is really good. How could it be anything but really good? It's grown with care and integrity in fresh, open fields by really good people. We're so lucky to have Sonya and John serving as stewards of their land, bringing forth its bounty and sharing what they harvest with us. Not to mention, they are tons of fun and find ways to bring CSA members together in their home and outside of pick-up times. Farm on Summit Springs!

Love, Love, Love
By: eva dragos    (Feb 1, 2011)

You can feel the love that was put into their products. I love to eat food that knows it was love and treasured while being created. I am loving and treasuring it as I eat it!!
