Great People

Completed our first year and signed up for next year. This is a wonderful way to get fresh produce without wondering what was sprayed on it. Ricky and Faith are the nicest people and thoroughly enjoy sharing their farm products. They are always there for any questions and provide menus to try. We would recommend them to anyone.

excellent CSA
By: Linda Allen    (Jan 30, 2011)

I have just renewed my membership in this CSA for the thrid year. My husband and I are very pleased with the quality and variey of produce we receive. It's an adventure to try things we never have. We eat more types of veggies now then we ever have!

Knowing where our food is coming from, that it is locally grown and grown according to organic standards is quite a plus for us. We know there are no chemicals used to treat the produce or kill the weeds. We witnessed this first hand by helping out last year pulling weeds.

As an added bonus, every member receives a recipe sheet each time they pick up their share. It is a great help when you are unfamiliar how to prepare a particular vegetable or just looking for a new way to prepare a familiar one.

We are also pleased to be able to support a local farm. I highly recommend this CSA to everyone.

The farm is beautifully kept and it is enjoyable to see all the vegetables growing. The foods we have tasted are delicious, pleasing to the eye, and very, very fresh. It is comforting to know we are not eating all those bad-for-you additives -- pesticides and herbicides-- that are on commercially produced vegetables in most store markets.
