I'm so happy i went today...
By: chris lies    (Jun 17, 2010)

Please don't forget to visit the family selling fresh produce in the small tent kind of in the back. This was literally the best brocolli, radishes, and snap peas i have ever had. Only half of them even made it back to my house because we were eating them the whole way home. I didn't know a raddish could be that good but im sitting here eating it raw. I cant remember the name of their farm but i believe it was out of Harvard IL. I also bought some really good tea from the guy at the Steapt.com tent. I will be going back weekly.

I was very pleased with the Warrenville Farmers Market. It was great to have one so close and with convenient hours.

I hope more vendors come next year and perhaps it can be extended into Sept/October. if you didn't get a chace to stop by this year, I strongly encourage you to check it out next season.

Loved the Warrenville Farmers Market
By: Shawna Coronado    (Jun 11, 2009)

I loved the 2009 Warrenville Farmers Market. Because of it's newness to the local harvest world, it is small. However, the walk was filled with dozens of local people hugging each other, smiling, and waving. It was wonderful to see such special attention being given to customer and vendor alike.

Two farmers offered home grown veggies, there were plant sellers, homemade soap sellers, jewelry vendors, Amish furniture, homemade breads - all wonderful!

I highly recommend you come out to the Warrenville Farmers Market in Warrenville, IL - It was really nice!
