Care2 Review: We love this market!
By: Mary C.    (Sep 8, 2009)

Great fruits and vegetables and the baked goods by Mary are so good I have a hard time choosing. Can't forget the bread or the crafts - I did a lot of Christmas shopping there last year. And as an added bonus it's a beautiful location.

Wonderful locally prepared food, drinks, and fresh produce, music, wine, flowers, friendly people- all on the Hudson River- and a good cause to support too.

They have the freshest produce around! There is one stand there, that if they run out of something...they will send someone back to the farm during the day to pick more...you can't get much fresher than that!!

Always open, even in the dead of winter. Besides great produce, artisan cheeses & local wine tasting and even sometimes wild foraged edibles. These intrepid farmers & vendors are located on the sometimes very windy riverfront.
