Best CSA around

I work on this farm, so I get a better chance than most to see what Care of the Earth produce and practices really are, and I couldn't be more proud to be a part. This CSA is the biggest Certified Naturally Grown farm in East Tennessee with 80+ members, and Megan puts a lot of emphasis on produce quality and variety, as well as consistency and nutrition. They're raising heritage chickens for breed protection and to slowly phase out their use of bagged organic fertilizer, and they practice conscientious crop rotation for good soil care. Heirloom varieties are overtaking the organic hybrids, here, which is great, since heirlooms always taste better. DO check out the website if you're looking for an East TN CSA, as it's kept up-to-date (while this profile is not).
