Our family have been members of Mano Farm since spring and every week we marvel at the beauty and freshness of their vegetables. Who knew that spinach could actually be crunchy? Their greens are almost too beautiful to eat (but we eat them anyway). We've enjoyed fabulous tomatoes, eggplants, and squash in the summer months, and lately green beans, carrots, and savoy cabbage, along with collard, chard, kale, beets, and more. Joining this CSA has broadened our palates and we are enjoying the routine of visiting "our" farm every Sunday. We recommend Mano Farm highly!
