I ordered 2 dozen duck eggs a few weeks ago. They got pretty beat up in the shipping process. I e-mailed the farm and got a reply just a few hours later of how we could remedy the situation. Cindy sent out a new dozen eggs a couple days later with more protected shipping material and the new eggs came perfectly unharmed. I was very pleased with the outcome and will continue to use this farm for ordering duck eggs. I should also add that the eggs are delicious!! Thanks again Cindy!
