Local is Wonderful!!
By: Terry Varney (Nov 28, 2013)
Baskets of fresh picked, baked, laid, gathered and prepared goodness from Tracie's keep coming from spring until after snow has come. Tracie has made my life better not only by eating fresh and local, but by being a great friend. Working on her farm has been wonderfully enriching. She supports our community in many ways promoting local healthy foods. I just love Tracie's Community Farm ...CSA potlucks, recipe books, newsletters, relationships created on the farm. I'm happy to be a part of Tracie's farm and would highly recommend joining as a member or checking out the farm stand (where starter plants are available) and in-barn store to anyone who believes in what she's doing here.
CSA Worker, Tracie's Community Farm

The gorgeous baskets overflowing with delicious, freshly-picked produce from Tracie's Community Farm that come to our household every week throughout the growing season is one of the highlights of summer in the Monadnock Region. Beyond the amazing fresh & local food that has come to my table from Tracie's farm, working at Tracie's Community Farm for the last two summers has added so much to my life. The quality and amount of produce we get from the farm--with the added benefit of local honey, jam, bread, granola, and eggs available to purchase--means a very short grocery list in the summer (yippee!). Beyond growing food, Tracie really adds so much to our community through her CSA potlucks, outreach and presentations at community events, CSA Recipe Book with recipe exchanges in her newsletters, and the community relationships created through her working shares. I have recommended joining her CSA to all my friends, and it is exciting to hear their enthusiasm after joining--or to show up at a summer BBQ in town and find 12 different dishes made with produce from her farm. I highly recommend Tracie's CSA!
