By: Brandi Henry    (Mar 26, 2009)

excerpt of an email i sent to cyndi, dated 3.10.09

good afternoon! i discovered Muller's Lane Farm through Local Harvest recently and just ordered my first milk soaps yesterday. thanks to you i have been doing my research on lye and lard soaps this week and am looking forward to receiving my first order!

i must tell you how much i've enjoyed exploring your website, reading about what you all are doing on the homestead and soaking up all of the tips, recipes and lessons. i have already directed my best friend (who lives in Louisiana) to your site and she has found lots of useful information there as well. thank you for sharing all of this with us!

i adore and admire what you all are doing, something very similar to what i dream of for my fledgling family someday, and i look forward to supporting you and your endeavors more in the future!

* Cyndi was quick to reply to my lengthy email, answering all of my questions about her various products. My order (4 bars of soap) arrived in under three days and smelled delightful! The Cafe au Lait coffee soap is a very emollient kitchen bar indeed, the Mardi Gras bar (lavender & mint) is an invigorating bath bar, the Oats Milk 'n Honey bar really does remind me of my childhood with my grandparents and the Neem castille bar doesn't smell weird to me at all! I am very pleased with my order, from the customer service to the speedy delivery to the quality of the products. Thank you again to Cyndi and Muller's Lane Farm for all that they are and all that they do! Fantastic!!!

Real People
By: Raven    (Mar 4, 2009)

We found Paul & Cyndi on the internet while looking for local farmers. They welcomed us onto their farm and into their homes from the start. The eggs and meats and garden picks produced by such a welcoming couple made us want to farm ourselves!

AMAZING!
By: Laura Ann    (Mar 4, 2009)

We went to the Muller homestead to purchase eggs & milk and stayed for the afternoon! I cannot aptly describe the extent of activities happening on Paul & Cyndi's farm.

My son has an interest in blacksmithing and Paul gave him an impromptu lesson and is now taking regular lessons in blacksmithing.

My daughter and I wanted to learn how to spin our own yarn. Before the afternoon was finished, my daughter was spinning and we were able to get some fiber to take home to practice.

We found more at the Muller homestead than just local produce, we found new friends!
