Family to Family Goodness
By: Monica Willis    (Feb 25, 2013)

A friend and I have shared a subscription to Family Farm Project for 4 years. We have enjoyed it immensely. We love the fact fruits and vegetables are included in the subscription. Our kids know all about "produce pickup" and devour food the day we get it. The selection is amazing from beginning of the season with fresh greens, asparagus and strawberries to peak summer with tomatoes, squash, peppers and peaches to fall with pumpkins and apples. The operators are always friendly.

Great fruits and vegetables. Very happy with this CSA.

After years of thinking about a CSA I decided to join one in the Spring of 2011. I was very pleased with the variety and quality of the produce. If I didn't know how to cook a certain vegetable Laraine and Pam aways had great suggestions. Their website even has recipes. I will be sure to join again in 2012. At first it sounded little high, but for what you get it is very reasonable. My family of 4 had plenty and my grocery bill went down. I am thinking about adding the eggs this year. I occasionally bought them when they had extra. My boys think they are a lot better than the eggs I normally buy.
