Unmatched garlic powder
By: Matt Winkler    (Jun 21, 2009)

I probably shouldn't write this review because I fear Gary and Marilyn will be unable to meet demand as the word gets out. I bought 2 jars of their garlic powder 2 years ago. I was a fan of garlic on most of my pasta dishes but began to add garlic on steaks, green beans, potatoes..... I quickly ran out. Went to the local grocery to find a similar taste. No match anywhere! Last year I bought 10 jars and blew through them just as fast. This year I put in my order for a dozen jars. I've given a few jars away to friends seeking natural foods. Big mistake, now they are ordering direct. (Just kidding, this stuff is good and I'm happy to share with friends!)

Now here is something I don't know if Gary and Marilyn will claim but I've noticed this garlic doesn't have the non garlic eaters asking, "What is that garlic smell?". This garlic doesn't give that, "I've just eaten garlic" breath that sticks with the eater. I don't know why, it just doesn't.

Good stuff, unmatched taste, less (or even no) residual smell.

Honoring the perfection in every seed
By: Barbara    (Mar 25, 2009)

Marilyn and Gary bring the most beautiful produce and products to our Concho Farmers Market on Saturdays. The garlic they grow is so beautiful and they taught me how ot make roasted garlic that was out of this world. The garlic powder they produce is so flavorful and robust and really adds to my recipes beyond what is available at the supermarket. The other veggies they bring to market always stand out and invite me to be creative in preparaing something deliciious at home. I have appreciated their willingness to travel so far to come to Concho with their great produce and smiling faces each Saturday.
