This Rhubarb/Blueberry Sauce is made from Rhubarb plants that have been on our property since the late 1800s. You can taste both the tangy taste of the Heritage Rhubarb and the sweet taste of Blueberries in this rich sauce. Great on toast, pancakes and ice cream, or; my favorite, cake topped with our Rhubarb/Blueberry Sauce and whipped cream.
Our vegetables and berries are picked daily so we can pick them at their peak ripeness. I make the jelly in small batches the same day to ensure freshness. Our kitchen is inspected annually and licensed by the USDA.
