A Treasure Valley Native, Randy King embraces all aspects of Idaho life. An avid fisherman and hunter, as well as a budding gardener, Randy is partial to the fish, game, and produce of Idaho. He is a graduate of Boise State University, earning degrees in both Philosophy as well as the Culinary Arts. Randy's culinary adventures have taken him through kitchens throughout the Northwest including Portland, Seattle, and Sun Valley before landing his first Executive Chef position at Milford's Fish House and Oyster Bar.
Randy now hangs is toque at Richard's Restaurant in Hyde Park, where he serves as the Executive Chef for both Richard's as well as their sister restaurant TASTE. While at Richard's, Randy has won numerous awards and recognition including the Idaho Statesman's Critic's Choice Award.
