Angus, Angus Cross and Hereford beef raised in beautiful Madison County, Virginia. We are a small family run farm offering fully finished beef on lush pasture with an additional benefit of a custom ground grain that is hand fed; our beef is never confined in a feed lot even in the finishing phase and are completely finished at a weight between 1200-1500 pounds. Our beef are not fed antibiotics, growth hormones or have implants.
We offer quarter, half and whole sides by the hanging weight in addition to individual retail cuts by the pound and select packages for the family. We can be found at the Madison Farmers Market May through October, by appointment here at the farm and at other Farmers Markets in the area. W
