Our Tarentaise cattle, chosen for their delicious flavor, graze on prime grassland along the Tennessee River. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and free of antibiotics and steroids to provide you with wholesome, health building food.
Our pigs enjoy roaming wooded areas/pasture and eat a certified organic whole grain feed with no plant or animal by-products, soy-free, hormone-free, antibiotic-free feeds. River Ridge Farms sausages are seasoned with our own blend of traditional herbs & spices. Our bacon and ham are seasoned without preservatives to bring you a delicious, wholesome fare.
