Rivervale Farm is located in Hampton County SC and we raise free range Tamworth Hogs, free range Rhode Island Red chickens for eggs, and seasonal produce. Our Tamworth hogs are raised naturally on 16 acres of hardwood forest and are free to forage at all times. We also provide free choice feed made on the farm from corn and soybeans with added vitamins and minerals. This produces a very meaty lean hog that is very high in meat quality. Tamworth's are renowned for their bacon as well. We sell whole hogs delivered to a small state inspected butcher shop in Ridgeland SC. We typically charge 1.25 per pound live weight and you will need to arrange the cost of processing separately. We also sell live hogs, pigs to feed out yourself and we can register the piglets with the Tamworth Association for breeding purposes if needed.
