Twice a year we have home grown, home fed (by hand) beef for sell. We sell on a "hanging carcass weight" basis with the beef cut to buyer's specification. We can sell either a half or whole or sometimes even do 1/2 of a half. The beef islabeled and frozen ready for the freezer.
The cattle are Black Angus. Naturally raised. Our cattle has some of the best pasture. They have grain from a local farmer.
Our cattle do NOT have growth hormones or steriods.
