We provide a genuine, open and intentional community and serve as a safe haven in an increasingly commoditized, conglomerated and corporatized world. We believe in fostering our selves, children, forebearers, economies and ecologies. Our cooperative directly connects our neighbors to local, organic and affordable produce and products. Being volunteer-staffed and collectively-managed within a democratic, nonhierachical structure allows members to truly own and influence their co-op. With your help, the Riverwest Co-op functions as a beacon of how an ethical, principled and people-centered business can succeed.
