We raise organic beef cattle, turkeys, chickens/eggs and vegetable seeds. All feed used for the animals is naturally grown. Cattle are grass fed in organically maintained pasture, with supplemental organic hay and organic grass, and also less than two pounds of supplemental organic wheat and/or oats per day per steer. Turkeys and chickens are free range and spend their days roaming the pastures and fields, returning to the coop at night. We raise virtually all the feed ourselves, all the hay, grass, wheat and oats, following organic practices for everything. No pesticides are used. No hormone or antibiotic or other feed additives are used.

We run a small organic farm, and will keep it that way, with 5-6 steers, a dozen or two turkeys & 2-4 dozen chickens. We maintain all pastures organically and grow our own hay, grass, wheat & oats. The cattle spend days in pasture, weather permitting, with nights in the barn. The turkeys & chickens roam the pastures and fields freely during the day and spend their nights in their coops. We grow heirloom vegetables for our own use, and sell some seeds. E-mail or phone us (518-993-3169).
