We have a diversified farm, with our primary product being meat rabbits being raised for human consumption. The "idea meat" for heart patients and allergy patients. As well as the "health conscious" consumer! We have prepared a book that can be mail-ordered explaining the practical way to raise rabbits here in Florida for fun or profit. Habanaro's and Carribean Red peppers are raised organically on the farm. From these wonderful hot peppers we produce an "extremely hot" pepper sauce which is also packed right on the farm in our State inspected and licensed Kitchen. We are taking orders for our Roaster Rabbits now thru April 22nd, 2009. They will be available for pick up on Sunday, April 26th, 2009 here at the ranch. A "Roaster Rabbit" is comparable to a roaster chicken when cooking. You can prepare it using your favorite beef, pork or chicken recipe substituting the meat your recipe calls for with the rabbit. We recommend that you purchase a "Fryer RabbitâÂ? if you wish to fry the rabbit.
