Our 8 acre family farm consists of 4 Dutch Belted Cows, a large flock of chickens, 2 pigs, about one acre of vegetables and herbs and a 4 bedroom 1880's Bed and Breakfast. We raise our cows on grass, our chickens are free range, out pigs are milk and small grain fed. We use organic food for our animals, we fertilize our gardens w/ composted manure and organic fertilizers, No chemicals are applied to our gardens at all. We sell a limited amount of vegetables from our gardens, herbs for culinary and horticultural use, NYS certified raw milk, pork products and eggs.
