In 1999 Roseda Beef started as an offshoot of our purebred Angus cattle operation. As the number of Roseda bulls being tested grew, we decided to sell our beef to "freezer beef" customers rather than sell them on the rail.
Roseda Beef plans to remain a small, family-operated business. Our growth will be dictated by our ability to control the quality of our product and serve our customers needs. Roseda Beef will be a demand driven rather than supply driven product and is targeted to serve those who will pay a premium for a beef product that offers a consistently delicious eating experience.
