Rosemary Ridge Farm

We are a small family farmette in rural Elizabeth, about a 45 minute drive SE from Denver, CO. On a little two-acre property, the Williams family keep a small herd of dairy goats (mostly mini-Nubian), several flocks of chickens (including silkies, black australorp and easter eggers), and raises as much fruit, vegetables, herbs and nuts as possible.

Available in 2013:

FRUITS: red raspberries, blackberries, currants, red grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe

VEGETABLES: tomatoes (several kinds), bell & hot peppers, eggplant, beans (string, dried and soy), carrots, cucumbers (slicing & pickling), salad greens (various lettuces, spinach, multi-colored swiss chard), scallions, radishes, summer squash (yellow or zucchini), winter squash (pumpkin, hubbard, cushaw, spaghetti & butternut)

HERBS: basil, parsley, sage, oregano, chocolate mint, peppermint, chives, dill

OTHER: lots and lots of eggs, spiced tea mix, dehydrated/raw flax crackers, fruit spreads like jam and marmalade, fruit syrups, delicious baked goodies like rolls and cookies, and gifts.

Our 16 year old son had 2 brain surgeries in May 2013 so we have put off expanding until 2014 so we can better take care of him and help him through all of his therapies.
