I'm a private individual organic gardener/farmer. I am committed to producing the very best vegetables, particularly heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, and varieties of basil grown and managed organically. Only OG approved materials are used and/or incorporated in my garden. Everything is grown with large amounts of mold compost from on of our local organic suppliers, Nature's Way Resources. I supplement the nutritional needs of my crops with an organic natural slow release fertilizer, MicroLife, with an occasional addition of Green Sand. I also make my own Compost Tea using a brewer that was developed by NWR as well. All of my beds are raised approximately 10 inches. My own worm castings are incorporated into the beds from my worm farm. All of this is done with a minimal amount of tilling.
Well, the tomatoes and cukes have done their thing this Spring/Summer. The eggplants and chilies though are still doing splendidly and the Purple Hull peas are about to begin flowering as are the okra. The cantaloupes are ripening and should be ready in the next 2-3 weeks.
Currently I am trying to open from about 9:00am till about 1:30pm. I still am loaded with chilies and eggplant, but the cukes and tomatoes are gone for this season. Call or email me about the purple hull peas, cantaloupes, and okra.
