We moved our licensed goat dairy from Carlisle to Hardwick in fall 2010.
Our cheeses are currently available year-round at Formaggio Kitchen and Central Bottle Wine and Provisions in Cambridge, at Debra's Natural Gourmet in West Concord, and at Rose32 Bread in Gilbertville. In the summer of 2013, we will also be selling at the Sunday Hardwick Farmers' Market and at the Harvard University Tuesday afternoon market.
The quality of our milk is key to our cheese and reflects our goat husbandry.
Tricia Smith makes nationally awarded bloomy rind goat cheeses from the milk produced by her small herd of Oberhasli and Saanen dairy goats.
