Sage student bistro is an integral force in the Culinary Arts and Management Program at Metropolitan Community College, responsible for providing guest-centered learning experiences to the dynamic and diverse student population. The restuarant's goal is to provide a hands-on, live-time environment in which the student-chefs may ply thier recently learned craft. To promote the continued efforts of the school's desire to reconnect culinarians with the land thier food came from, Sage student bistro also has an almost exclusively local menu.
