Salt River Garlic

Located on a sustainable small farm tucked against the banks of the Salt River, Salt River Garlic grows over 30 rare and heirloom varieties of gourmet garlic. We also grow select herbs and produce.

Salt River Garlic grows hardneck and softneck garlic. For 2012, we should have good supplies of Lorz Italian, Red Toch, Thermadrone, Music, Inchelium Red, Kettle River Giant, New York (also known as Polish White), Russian Red, Georgian Crystal, Chesnok Red and Khabar. We'll also have green garlic and garlic scapes available this spring. Garlic bulbs should be ready for market in August.
