Sanctuary Farm/The Big Red Barn

Saint Joe, Indiana
Family Farm

Sanctuary Farm is located approximately 20 miles northeast of Ft. Wayne, IN, combining field and woods in a peaceful setting as well as home to The Big Red Barn, a store offering locally produced yarn, roving, hand-crafted and made-to-order items by local artisans. We raise a small herd of alpacas in a variety of colors and are happy to schedule farm visits.. We raise our own vegetables, herbs, fruit and free-range, hormone-free chickens, selling the extra produce and farm fresh eggs to the public. While we are not certified organic, we do not use any chemicals in the raising of any of our produce. Our eventual goal is to provide a small, "sanctuary" retreat for individuals and families where they can enjoy creation-woods, animals, gardens and life on a small farm.
