The Sanford Butcher Shop has been family owned and operated since 1949. We are a Federal Inspected USDA slaughter house. We offer custom cutting of beef, pork, lambs and deer. All meat is vacuum packaged and blast frozen. We also cure and smoke onsite. At the Sanford Butcher Shop we raise local, All Natural Beef(black & red angus and hereford), Pork, New Zealand Red Deer, Bison and Native Elk. All meat sold thru our retail store is USDA inspected and tested for E-coli. Sides of beef are currently selling for $3.89/lb. We offer individual cuts as well.
Please call early to order sides, quarters, or whole beef as we dry age our beef in our cooler for three weeks. Gaurenteed Tender!!
