Our meats are available for purchase on the farm during our regularly scheduled monthly open house days (see our website), by appointment, at the Pakatakan Farmers' Market in Halcottsville (outside Margaretville, NY), and through our Grass-fed Community Program, a series of delivery routes throughout the region.

If you have a buying club in your community and you would like Sap Bush Hollow Meats brought to your area, please contact us. Mail order is available to New York City and surrounding areas. Restaurants, we welcome your business, but we encourage you to call first so we can talk about your needs.

At Sap Bush Hollow, we are known for our consistently high quality, our commitment to grass-fed purity (no, we do not finish our beef with grain!), and our in-depth knowledge about meat. Our farm was listed as among the most innovative farms in the country by SARE, and we are home to Shannon Hayes, author of The Grassfed Gourmet and The Farmer and The Grill.
